​Urban Commercial Partners is the realization of the shared history of Pat, Drew, and Jason at EHI Real Estate Advisors, Inc., and the logical next step for the three. Pat founded EHI in 2003 and served as president during its 13-year history as a leading brokerage in the region. Drew served as EHI's vice president and a top-producing broker in Seattle. Jason then came on board to join Pat and Drew and expand his career into commercial brokerage locally.
 
Pat, Drew, and Jason together decided to transition the original company into a partnership in order to create a new model for a commercial real estate brokerage that prioritizes collaboration and innovative deal making between brokers.
 
Together the three have a combined 40 years of commercial real estate experience, but also bring the energy of youth to their work. They’re using this differentiator to reimagine broker-client and broker-broker relationships and positioning Urban Commercial Partners as a more collaborative, nimbler organization that puts client interests and returns above theirs.
 
The partnership has a diverse book of business, with institutional and private investors, local and international buyers, and established local family-owned properties and land in the process of development. Urban Commercial Partner’s team approach, which leverages the individual skill sets of each member, allows our clients to have a collaborative team behind their objectives.
